Hey Sis! Thanks 🖤for visiting my blog! I really do appreciate the gift of your presence.🌹 I send you love and hope you’re able to take away something positive from your time here. ✨
As a woman who has been steadfast on her self-love journey, I must say…I don’t know how I lived without it. I honestly don’t know how I survived for so long without dedicated, intentional self-love.
Blast to the past with me…
In 2019, I learned that I was suffering from a severe case of self-neglect, per my therapist. I initially went to her after having suffered a mental breakdown that included lots of crying and a ton of negative emotions. You see, I had never been in a situation like this, so I immediately reached out for help. And I’m glad I did that for myself.
Looking back, I’d have to say that was my first real intentional step toward self-love: recognizing that I was not okay and immediately doing something about it.
After three visits with my therapist, I found myself rolling solo-dolo down the path of spiritual healing through self-love. After almost 5 years of intense focus on myself, I can say self-love has been the catalyst for me to heal myself spiritually and transform my entire way of life to one that serves me in every way!
And Guess What?!
I have an ebook to help! It’s called Transformed - How I Saved Myself, and it guides you through self-healing. It’s an amazing ebook that teaches you how to love yourself, heal past trauma from the root, and so much more!
Sis…don’t delay! Download your copy today to start your self-healing journey. You deserve a life that makes you happy and is full of joy!
See you on the next blog post! 🙋🏾
