Hey Sis! Thanks 🖤for visiting my blog! I really do appreciate the gift of your presence.🌹 I send you love and hope you’re able to take away something positive from your time here. ✨

The Phoenix “firebird” is said to be a mystical bird that periodically burns itself to death and emerges from the ashes as a new Phoenix. This symbolizes life, death, and rebirth. As I read this intense and deeply moving definition of the Phoenix, I immediately thought about the Spiritually Well Woman.
As a Spiritually Well Woman, the Phoenix’s process of transformation has a remarkable resemblance to my own personal story of transformation through spiritual awakening.
Sis, it is with great pleasure that I share a part of my journey to help you with yours.

The Definition Of A Spiritually Well Woman
Love is where she resides. Unconditional self-love is her inner foundation. She feeds her Soul happiness and joy. She owns her confidence. She is unapologetically authentic. She is liberated by her vulnerability and transparency. She went from being the nurturer to being nurtured. She is considerate of herself and her decision-making reflects that self-inflicted suffering is no longer a part of her life.
Her connection to her Source is unbreakable and overflows with love and trust. She honors all parts of her being by accepting herself as is. She hears herself. She sees herself.
She is emotionally intelligent. She knows that her emotions are her guides in life.
A Spiritually Well Woman prioritizes herself above everything else in her world. She knows that she has to if she wants to show up in the world the way SHE wants to.

How To Become A Spiritually Well Woman
Self-love is the way to becoming a Spiritually Well Woman. When self-love is practiced religiously, it strengthens the Soul and heals the heart.
Ways To Practice Self-Love
Create a judgment-free zone within yourself. Don’t judge yourself for what you think and feel, but rather observe your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to identify any patterns that you want to change or adjust.
Nurture your connection to Yourself/The Divine/The Universe/God/Love.
Practice routine self-care —> physical acts of kindness that you do for yourself.
Overall, being there for yourself in every way that you need it. It’s like treating yourself like you are your own child. #innerchild
