Hey Sis! Thanks 🖤for visiting my blog! I really do appreciate the gift of your presence.🌹 I send you love and hope you’re able to take away something positive from your time here. ✨

Think About What You're Thinking About
I have often heard the statement “Think about what you’re thinking about.” Before now, I didn’t really “think” too much into it. But now I use it as a checkpoint to reflect on my current thought patterns to ensure they are serving my highest good.🔮
While this is a great practice now, I didn’t always do this because the option was hidden from me. By whom you ask? The mindset of fear. The real devil. 👿 Because if given the opportunity to reflect on my thought patterns prior to my spiritual awakening, I believe there wouldn’t have been a need for a spiritual awakening.
But I am grateful for my awakening because it let me in on the secret that the mindset of fear had been making many, MANY decisions for me throughout my life.

Introducing Fear
Fear busted up on the scene in my early childhood creating a foundation within that continued to grow stronger and stronger with every new deposit of fear that I received. And listen, growing up in the hood…in poverty and lack definitely came with its large daily deposits of fear. 😰
And because fear had become the majority stakeholder within my inner foundation (spiritually), it was the emotion that was always present in my decision-making.
🏁 So, to circle back to the title of this blog post, Think About What You’re Thinking About…If you were to reflect on your recent thought patterns and decision-making, do you feel like fear could have been the driver at some point?
I’ll share a personal example in hopes of adding more clarity.
One of my dreams🌙 is to be a successful and prosperous Empathic Healer who partners with many clients to help them add more happiness to their lives through energy healing. Over the past couple of years, I’ve launched my practice several times. But before too long, the mindset of fear would talk me out of it with one of its offspring. —> The biggest one for me —> DOUBT. 🥺
Some of my biggest doubts were:
Would people pay for my services?
Would people trust me enough to work with me?
Would I actually be helpful to my clients? Or would I stir things up and then drop the ball? Leaving them in worse shape than before they worked with me.
Friend, do you know what helped me to overcome this fear and move towards launching my business permanently?
FACING MY FEARS. I faced the fear and unknowingly obtained something called emotional intelligence!
Facing Fear
The most powerful way to defeat fear is to face it. I face my fears by questioning them. In the case of my energy healing business, I questioned my doubts and talked through them with myself so that I could hear where the actual fear was stemming from. This practice led me to obtain and embrace emotional intelligence.
What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify, process, communicate, and nurture one’s emotions.
Emotional intelligence has made it possible for me to (in this case):
Process the fearful emotions that I’ve carried for entrepreneurship and start advertising my services through this blog. Progress!
Better understand myself and why the negative emotions were there in the first place.
Overcome the fear and move forward with confidence in myself and my abilities!
Exciting right?!?! I’m so happy for myself. 😄This type of mental freedom is something I didn’t even know was possible! But it is and I am living proof! 🤑
